With close to 10 years of project management experience Miklós has a unique skillset to facilitate dynamic interaction between the corporate and government sectors.

Between 2016 and 2018 he acted as a dedicated liaison of the Government – dealing with authorities and mediating between the different stakeholders (ministries, local municipalities, utility providers etc.) – for the realization of all major lithium-ion battery (EV) manufacturers’ projects in Hungary, such as Samsung SDI, SK Innovation, GS Yuasa and their suppliers.

Dr. Ádám György

Since 2012 Ádám earned extensive experience in the field of investment law at the German law firm, Noerr LLP as legal advisor and as the dedicated in-house legal counsel of HIPA (Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency). He has advised in relation to all major investment projects implemented in Hungary in that period and as such, he was responsible for the so-called VIP cash grant/EKD cash grant scheme.

He was also involved in the preparation of legislation regulating subsidies both in Hungary and the EU.

Marcell Balázs

Marcell has been working in the field of incentives consultancy since 2012 and gained his experience at the German law firm, Noerr LLP as financial advisor and at HIPA (Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency) as head of the Incentives Department. He assisted several multinational companies such as Audi, PSA, Flex, Continental, Bosch and Samsung SDI in connection with greenfield investments in Hungary.

He was also responsible for the introduction of new incentive measures to promote technology-intensive investments and R&D projects.

Since 2010 Milán has earned broad experience in the field of government incentives – with main focus on the automotive industry – as senior expert of the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA) and Deloitte Hungary. Among others, he contributed to the successful greenfield investment projects of Bosch, Hankook, Mercedes, Teva, GE and Bridgestone.

Between 2013 and 2021 as member of the CFO executive staff by Audi Hungaria, he was responsible for all state aid related issues for the plant’s projects, such as the largest automotive R&D project and the first ever electric engine manufacturing project in Hungary.

Luc Jean

Luc is a seasoned, growth-focused, resilient and results-driven professional with extensive understanding of the automotive and electronics industries.

With over 20 years of managerial experience at Jabil Circuit, Plati Group, Mannesmann VDO and Philips Car Systems throughout France, Germany and Hungary, he has imposing knowledge of overseeing management of strategic business units (including Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Quality), pursuing opportunities to tenders, contract negotiations, creating matrix-based organizations, developing & maintaining major accounts, controlling P&L and crisis management.

Benjámin Ferenc

Senior Consultant
Benjámin has been working in the field of incentives consultancy since 2016 and gained his experience at the German law firm, Noerr LLP as financial advisor and at HIPA (Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency) as a junior consultant at the Incentives Department.

Working with Ádám and Marcell, he was involved in a wide spectrum of projects, including greenfield investments, R&D and training projects.

He assisted several multinational companies, such as Flex, Daimler and ThyssenKrupp in connection with the disbursement of the VIP cash grant/EKD cash grant.


Senior Consultant
Balázs has more than 5 years of experience in the field of incentives consultancy. During his time at the Incentives Department of HIPA (Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency), he assisted several multinational companies such as Infineon, Rosenberger, Xiamen Intretech, SK Innovation and many its suppliers in connection to the lithium-ion battery (EV) industry with both greenfield and brownfield investments in Hungary.

Balázs was also responsible for the introduction of the compensation scheme which aimed to compensate large enterprises who have suffered losses due to the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020.

dr. Máté

Máté has been involved in state aid consulting and project management for EU grants since 2014. During his time at the German law firm, Noerr LLP he participated in the lobbying, planning and realization of the green- and brownfield investments of Daimler, ThyssenKrupp and Takata. After becoming an independent consultant he has gained extensive experience in applying for EU funds available for SMEs, while being involved in over a hundred individual projects, product development processes and R&D activities.

Zsófia Andrea

Office Manager
Zsófi brings 4 years of outstanding organizational experience from the Four Seasons Hotels of Budapest (Hungary), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and the Grand Hotel of Mackinac Island (USA).

As an Office Manager, she ensures the smooth operation of the firm with her imposing knowledge of efficient handling of client inquiries and relations, skillfully managing and overseeing administrative duties and the daily tasks for her colleagues at Corvus Consulting.

She assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures, being responsible for accounting and HR policies, programs and practices.
